About Us
With our portable asphalt recycler, we are able to mobilize to your site where all failed asphalt is removed, reheated, and rejuvenated to create 100% recycled asphalt which is then used to repair the damaged areas of pavement. By producing our own hot mix asphalt onsite using the existing asphalt we are not at the mercy of hot plants, which allows us to produce hot mix asphalt 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to patch at your convenience. We add many years of life to the existing asphalt at the patch location.
The asphalt recycling machine has been used in Europe for over 10 years, Canada for over 8 years and on the East Coast for 2 years. We have been placing recycled hot mix asphalt for the past year with great success.
The cost is less than using virgin asphalt in most cases. Depending on the length of offhaul and distance to hot plant our prices are generally less than using virgin asphalt. By re-using existing materials you can count on a savings of approximately $5-$6 per ton. By eliminating trucking to dispose of old asphalt and deliver virgin asphalt a savings of $15-$25 and more per ton can be achieved.
